This Sunday...

We had a great Sunday learning about having true JOY!  We learned that it is better to give than recieve in our skit. We also had a great time playing "Reindeer Games." Don't forget we are doing Praise and Worship in the sanctuary this Wednesday night at 7:00. Wear your green or red!

Christmas Party!

We had a great time at our Christmas Party!  Thanks to all the leaders for being here to spend time with our kids.  It was a super time held by all.

BGMC NEWS!

Our Top Money Collector for November was Jake Chester, followed by C.J. Chester. In third place was Jordan Burke.  Way to go guys!

Christmas Party!

Please don't forget our Christmas Party is this Wednesday night December 8th at 7:00pm. You don't need to bring anything, but just come and have a blast playing Reindeer Games!!

December starts our series on JOY!

Sunday we started a new virtue.  Joy is being happy even when things don't go your way.  We had an awesome service where we heard from missionaries from Northern Asia.  We collected our Buddy Barrels and all our change is making a difference all over the world.  Ms. Polly learned that she needed to have joy even though she was cast as a shepherd  when she really wanted to be a wise man.  

Sunday November 28th

We had a great day on Sunday! We finished our study on Uniqueness by talking about all the different gifts God has given us and how each person is unique!  Don't forget your Buddy Barrel this Sunday. The first Sunday of the month is Buddy Barrel Sunday.  

BGMC NEWS!

Wow! We sold 24 Christmas bags this Sunday.  That is 48 children in Northern Asia that will have a first time ever Christmas gift and hear the story of Jesus.

Dash for Cash!

What an incredible first time Dash for Cash we had Sunday morning!  We raised $199.14 with the money collected in one single day.  Thank you to everyone that gave.  Also, the first Sunday of every month is BGMC Sunday so remember to bring your Buddy Barrel on the first Sunday of the month.  This Sunday our top change collector was Rylee England with over $18.00 in change. Coming in second was Kolton Zona and third was Jordan Burke.  Awesome job you guys!  If you forgot your Buddy Barrel this Sunday, it is ok, you can still bring it in.

Pumpkin Patch Bash!

What an awesome and exciting time we had at our 1st ever Pumpkin Patch Bash!  So many incredible members of our LifePoint family came and helped us set up, work, and clean up the Pumpkin Patch Bash.  It really is wonderful to be part of such a great church family.  The kids had a wonderful time playing on the jump houses and playing all the games.  The food from our Icon Student Ministry was also great.  The highlight of the night was our costume contest and Egging Pastor Dave's head to raise money for BGMC!.  We raised enough money to buy first time ever gifts for 34 children in Northern Asia.  Thanks Pastor Dave!

November's Virtue is Uniqueness!

During November we will be studying  uniqueness.  God made everybody different on purpose.  God made you different too!  Our differences are make us unique. God loves variety.  Just look at all the different kinds of people He created.  We should celebrate our uniqueness, not be ashamed of it!

Sunday October 24th 2010

Sunday's service was so great!  We were blessed to have Pastor Bob Aston with us to kick off our BGMC program at LifePoint!  BGMC stands for Boys and Girls Missionary Crusade.  Our kids received their Buddy Barrels and we are so excited to start raising money for children in need all over the world.

Getting Ready for Pumpkin Patch Bash!!!!
